1. About our furniture

What makes the furniture from Mallorca Möbel special?

We do not offer industrially manufactured, mass-produced items. Our curated collection consists of premium solid wood furniture, handcrafted unique pieces, and limited-edition designs (e.g., in industrial style). With us, you receive brand-new, securely packaged furniture, never floor models or ex-display items. Every single piece possesses its own distinct character – natural characteristics such as knots or growth cracks in the wood, as well as visible weld seams in the metal, are intentional design elements that emphasize the true authenticity of our pieces.

The photos look great – how close do they come to the original?
 

Since these are unique pieces, the object photos on our website are decisive. Please note that digital displays may vary slightly. Since transparency is important to us, you are welcome to request additional detailed images before purchasing.

2. Transport & Logistics (Germany ↔ Mallorca)

How do the furniture pieces get from Germany to Mallorca?
 

We carry out regular monthly transports using our own company-operated vehicles (own-account transport). This means your furniture is not "passed around" by third-party shipping companies, but is transported personally by us with the necessary care.
 

A piece of furniture is currently located in Germany – how does it get to me? Completely without any problems! We will bring the piece of furniture with us to Mallorca on the next trip.
 

Sa Pobla Warehouse: Transport to our intermediate warehouse in Sa Pobla is "free house" for you (within the scope of the individual overall offer). Finca Delivery: We are also happy to deliver the piece directly to your doorstep anywhere on the island. Please feel free to contact us regarding this.
 

What if I want to send a piece of furniture from Mallorca to Germany? That is also possible! Since we regularly travel the route in both directions, we can transport our furniture just as safely from Mallorca to Germany. Simply contact us regarding the next available capacity.

3. Order Processing & Payment

Can I order directly through the website?
 

Our website serves as a digital showroom. Since we check availability with our dealers and transport capacities individually, you submit a non-binding inquiry to us (via WhatsApp, email, or phone). A contract is only concluded once you confirm our individual offer.

What payment options are available?
 

We work classically and securely via payment in advance or bank transfer. Other means of payment can gladly be agreed upon within the final order.

Are prices inclusive of taxes?

Yes, all prices stated on the product pages already include the statutory German or Spanish value-added tax (VAT), depending on where you purchase the piece of furniture.

4. Service & Security​

What happens if a piece of furniture is damaged during transport?
 

Although we are extremely careful in our own-account transport, something can theoretically happen. Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. If you notice any obvious transport damage, please document it immediately with photos and inform us directly.

How does the warranty work in Mallorca?
 

Should there actually be a defect, we have a special "Mallorca regulation": To avoid long return transports, we work together with qualified specialist companies locally on the island who can carry out professional supplementary performance, provided this is reasonable.

Where can I take a look at the furniture?
 

Depending on the current location, the goods are located either in our main warehouse in Germany or in our intermediate warehouse in 07420 Sa Pobla. Feel free to contact us for the current status of your desired item!
